Pollo Loco
Live at St. Timothy’s Summer Music Festival | Sunday, August 10, 2025 – 4:00 PM
Saddle Your Pony for a Crazy Ride into the Past with Pollo Loco!
From the Grand Palace in Branson, Missouri, to the Grand Formosa in Taipei, Taiwan, Pollo Loco has entertained audiences around the world with their unique blend of humor and classic cowboy music.
Since 1989, their impeccable three-part harmonies have been rattling the rafters!
They’ll take you back to the days of Gene Autry and Roy Rogers, bringing warmth and authenticity to the classic Western songs they sing.
Prior to 2001, Pollo Loco had released two recordings—Committed to Country and Songs from the Saddle.
Now, they’ve written six new songs and collected some of their most requested tunes for their latest release, “Three Hombres on the Trail,” which they debuted at Red Ants Pants 2017!
The crowd… the harmonies… the humor… that’s what brings these three guys together!
Yes folks, after a 12-year hiatus, they’re “Back in the Saddle Again!”
